
Prepping/Cooking Instructions:
Thaw dough in fridge overnight in fridge. Take out and leave on counter about 2 hours before making pizza - letting dough fully proof, dough should be soft.
Preheat to 475-500 degrees Fahrenheit. Oil Pan or Stone.
Flour the dough and stretch to desired size and place on Pan/Stone.
Top with sauce, cheese and toppings.
Bake 10-12 min or until golden brown - start watching around 7 or 8 minutes as ovens vary.
